Gives me energy I am reordering this for the fouth time. It helped me with low energy caused by high stress. I take a break from it after I feel strong again because I feel it is important to take breaks from herbal supplements. So, I take this one as needed and it definately gives me stamina and I can even cut back after a few weeks to once a day before I take a break. September 25, 2010
