I've switched from DHEA to 7-Keto because the DHEA can increase other hormones (e.g testosterone - my dr keeps an eye an all levels and the dhea did affect the others). I like this brand because the do not use chemical solvents and follow GMP, and the addition of choline, etc. As far as the 7 Keto, I can't really tell any difference between various brands. Even tho DHEA levels decline with age, I think you must check your levels. Anyone that thinks a pill is going to make them thin is kidding themselves. I wasn't able to lose a sustanstial amount of weight until I got rid of the white flour, sugar, fast food, and switched to whole superfoods. These supplements only help keep your body running optimally !

Not for me!
Unfortunately, this product does not work for me. I think anything that says! To help make you thin does not work. There are no miracles.

I am an active person and eat a healthy diet with primarily natural foods. This product has made no difference in my weight nor digestive system. I have seen no benefit as of yet taking this product for approximately one month.
