Mental Alert
Natural and good. I take it when I need it no harmful effects just the mental part is more alert and effective all day long.

Didn't feel a thing!
I took the entire bottle of these, after reading such wonderful reports of rhodiola giving you enormous energy, etc. Well, I never noticed any result at all, no difference one way or another. I only took one capsule in the morning before breakfast, so maybe had I taken an additional one later on, I would've gotten better results. I don't plan to repurchase it, but maybe it works for others.

Good Stuff...
I've tried other brands of rhodiola, and this so far has been the best. The energy in the morning is great, and most importantly, I feel really un-hurried when I'm on it. Real calm, but not in a sedated kind of way... it's kinda expensive though

Indisputably, top of the line product
Upon the advice of a sales associate at my local health food store, I began taking RHODIOLA ENERGY several years ago. I was so incredibly impressed by the positive results of this product brand, that I recommended it to, and bought a few bottles for my friends. They were equally impressed. Out of curiosity, and in order to economize, I subsequently switched to three other brands for a period of two years, but the result was poor, at best, and a disaster, at worst. I, therefore, returned to RHDOIOLA ENERGY a few weeks ago. What a relief! Not only do I feel healthier and more energetic, but I have noticed that the nagging, intermittent, throbbing numbness in my left leg has completely disappeared. In fact, I have just persuaded a colleague of mine, who is moving back to Africa, to take along several bottles of RHODIOLA ENERGY with him.

I have noticed a bit more energy but no real big difference.
