I love this product and definitely sleep more soundly and feel rested when I wake up in the morning. I am generalyl a restless sleeper and wake up frequently during the night. When using this I sleep through the night. June 2, 2012

Not effective Tried 1 tab at first then 2 tabs, did not work for me at all. Still seaching for for something that will really helps me sleep well. Tried GABA & 5 HTP & still seaching. Suggestions welcome. ckhoe8@yahoo.com.au April 4, 2010
