This product has really helped. Have been going gluten free for almost a year due to an intolerance to gluten. There are times, however, that gluten is hard to avoid and this product works great to alleviate the side effects my body has when I have gluten. Enzymedica products are excellent, and . . . . . . Digest Spectrum is no exception. A grouping of digestive enzymes, including for gluten. Other brands sold at Vitacost have to live up to this one. Others: Candidase, Virastop (I think that's the name). March 16, 2013
