Never without it!
After several years of struggle, I discovered I cannot digest casein. Literally, this enzyme formula, plus Lacto and Digest Gold, get me through the day. I've tried other brands but they have fillers or contain gluten and/or dairy which only complicates my illness. I wish they had a larger bottle as I go through this rather quickly. I"m geting better in recognizing the "enemy" which will help reduce the cost of enzyme intake.

Takes care of school cross contamination
I'm giving this to my son, who is on a gf diet. It's pricier than the NSI DPV enzyme but also has higher quantities of that enzyme. My sons' cafeteria and playground are gluten danger zones, this makes public school less dangerous for him.

Helps with bloating
I take these whenever I consume milk, cheese or
grain products and have
had great improvement
with digestion and no bloating.
I only gave it 4 stars for quality because there aren't many of these gluten enzymes to compare it to. But I am very happy with the results and continue to reoder this brand.

Thank Goodness!
Finally something that keeps me from getting sick if I injest wheat/gluten either accidently or because I want some pizza!
