With the Esteem Plus diet plan there are no rebounds or "yo-yo" after effects. Simply start each day with an abundance of fresh fruits and juices preceded by 30 to 60 min. by Esteem Plus. Then enjoy a nutritious lunch, again preceded 30 to 60 min. by Esteem Plus. Whenever possible, substitute lean chicken, turkey and fish with plenty of veggies for red meat and fried foods. Avoid pre-packaged and fast foods that are high in fat, salt and sugar. Drink plenty of water, 8 to 10 glasses daily, and make your snacks fruit or raw veggies. Since nutritional activity is greatly diminished by tea, coffee, soda-pop and alcohol, substitute herbal tea instead. During internal cleansing and detoxification, you may experience slight discomfort; it will subside in a few days. The effectiveness of Esteem Plus is enhanced through good nutrition, regular exercise and keeping fat caloric intake to a minimum of 20% (total calories) daily.
