Everyday Shea Moisturizing Body Lotion Lavender -- 32 fl oz
The scent is too strong for me.
In the past I have always purchased the vanilla scent but recently I decided to try this lavender version. Sadly, the scent it way too strong for me. I use Lavender essential oils on a regular basis but the scent of this lotion is a bit overwhelming.

A great product at great price.
I am a return customer on this one. I like the large size, a good value for the money. An important factor or me when shopping for lotions is the ingredients. Everyday Shea is a simple combination of herbal & unrefined ingredients. It is fair trade, handcrafted, and uses no animal testing. The scent is light and pleasant. I use it everyday and my skin is soft.

A staple in my house
I typically cannot STAND body lotions and usually only use them when my skin has become uncomfortably dry from winter weather, frequent hand washing, etc. Such was the case recently when my hands were SO dry they literally hurt. I tried this lotion based on the quality ingredients (and the price) and am amazed. I love it. It has transformed my skin. After every handwashing, I take a half pump and massage it into my hands ~ they are wonderfully soft now, no more dry, flaky skin. I like that the texture isn't thick or greasy - this allows the lotion to penetrate into the skin so it can work its magic, rather than sitting on top creating a film. I have the lavender scent and it's subtle and not at all over-powering.

Wanted to love it
I wanted to love this lotion because I love that it is fair trade and doesn't have synthetic fragrance. But, I really dislike the smell- not at all like lavender, and I'm afraid it doesn't feel good going on either.

This is a good lotion. I'm almost through my first 32 oz bottle. It's not oily or sticky or runny once it is dry. However, the smell is not very close to lavender. It's closer to something else that I just can't pin down. It's not a horrible smell, but it's not a great smell either. It must be the smell of the shea butter itself that overpowers all the other scents.
