most excellent muesli
This product is made of rolled whole grains, not the usual flakes which are a poor substitution. This product is a hearty breakfast, snack, or whenever ... excellent stuff, good nutrition that does not leave you hungry. I like to put fresh fruit on top of it, like cut up apple, or berries, or peaches (in season), and eat it dry. My wife likes to dampen it a little with water.

Fresh and good
I used to eat this when I was a teen in the 70's because my dad distributed it and would bring it home.
I had a yearning for this cereal recently and low-and-behold it was here on Vitacost, my supplement supplier.
It is as I remember it with more oats than most, but it was fresh and wholesome, and at a nice price for a 32oz box.

Not as I remembered
Cereal is cheapened from the way it used to be with plenty of fruit and nuts in addition to the oats. Now it seems like it is 99% oats. Not tasty and hard to chew. Ycch!

morning cereal
This is cereal that delicious, not too hard to chew, just a little sweet, and healthy. It's been around a long, long time. This company knows what they're doing. I like being able to buy it on line for a great price.
