Great eggs for a non-egg eater
I despise eggs, so this is a great way for me to join in the breakfast fun without eating boring cereal. The directions tell you to mix tofu + scrambler before cooking, but I always just toss my block of tofu into a lightly sprayed skillet and add the mix. I find that it keeps a more scrambled egg consistency that way.
I love how simple and tasty these are! Add some typical omelet inclusions and you have a delicious non-eggy scramble.

Mmmmm Good!
What a treat!! I have recently found out that I can't have eggs. And I felt bummed because I couldn't have them. I have eaten eggs my entire life and love them!! This mix is so good... and I couldn't even tell I wasn't eating eggs. We mixed in about a cup of a frozen black bean/corn/pepper mix. (make sure bean mix is cooked and drained dry before mixing in) Shredded some cheese and topped with a little salsa/sour cream. YUM!! I don't feel like I'm missing out on my eggs now. :)

This is the best veggie breakfast ever. Instead of making a Tofu Scramble breakfast from scratch I use Fantastic Foods Tofu Scrambler when I want a quick veggie breakfast. All you need is a skillet, tofu and a tablespoon of the mix. Yum.

Love this stuff!
I've been vegan for about 20 year and this product has given us an familiar option. I've made scrambled tofu from scratch and this seasoning is much easier and just as tasty. Someone who is a dedicated egg eater won't be satisfied but our family finds it delightful and filling. Any leftovers go in a sandwich the next day with hot sauce and fake bacon. The product is hard to find locally - thanks for carrying it!

FANTASTIC-MASH
I Love Fantastic Foods Taco Filling I make it all the time, I even use it to replace Ground Beef in some Pasta Dishes, so I wanted to try Fantastic Foods Tofu Scrambler for my Family sake, I got the Tofu (extra firm) the day before and I made it following the Cooking Directions. Some of my Family members enjoyed more than others, my sister finished it even though it looked like Mash
I couldn't eat mine, but I don't care for eggs that much, when I get up at sunrise, however, I am sure someone who loves Eggs and Tofu (extra firm) in the morning, might enjoy this Concoction
Since they are Two Packets of Seasonings per Box, the other Packet I Poured into a Vegetable Soup,...now that was Good,...the Soup, that is! Thank You
