Great Oil Substitute for Baking
I use both pumpkin puree and butternut squash puree for baking in all my receipes as a substitue for oils/butter. It works fabulous and the recipes are very moist and don't have the added fat and/or calories from all the oil/butter.

Smooth and delicious!
I use this many ways, but my favorite is to thicken soups and stews. It also make a delicious butternut squash soup. As for my pet's health, a teaspoon of this every morning keeps their digestive tract healthy. They love it and look forward to the treat every morning. Wonderful product. I make sure I always have a few cans in the house for baking squash, pie, cookies, and muffins. Just swap out the pumpkin, for the squash and use your same recipe.
