It is what it says... just Soy. Was looking for a less expensive powder to promote lean muscle mass. But this fell a bit short of other powders with more Amino Acids (L-Arigine & L-Orthinine). Switched to a Creatine Powder & also a vegetable powder "Lifetime Life's Basics Plant Protein Powder with Greens". Still in the trial phase as far a muscles are concerned, but at least I'm getting my veggies! March 12, 2011

Great Soy Isolate Protein Powder Great powder, mixes well. Doesn't have a taste so mix with fruit or juice if that is a concern. I love it work workout recovery shakes. Great value!! I buy it all the time and will continue to do so. November 13, 2008

Simply The Best I have used Fearn Soya Protein for over 15 years now. The consistency is always excellent and unvarying. I have not found a better, more pure unflavored soy protein. September 2, 2008
