Good Stuff & Effective, a bit pricy I was advised by a friend to start incorporating more fiber in my diet for a healthier lifestyle and he recommended I buy this product. The taste is pretty good (somewhat sweet) if you can get over the grainyness. I am losing weight naturally and in a healthy manner. I am very satisfied with how this product works. The down side is that the container is a little small, is used up quickly and is a bit pricy so I alternate this product with other fibers to obtain my 35 grams a day. I wish they made it in a more economical, larger size. May 8, 2009
