Thanks to the degassing valve on the front of the package, First Colony Coffee can be packed immediately from the roaster without waiting for the hot gases to dissipate. The valve allows these gases to escape gradually from the package while retaining the rich flavor inside. The result is pure delight: roaster fresh coffee right from the shelf.

First Colony French Market Coffee Dark Roast Organic Directions
Begin with a clean coffee maker and cold, pleasant tasting water. use at least one well-rounded tablespoon of coffee per six ounces of water. A strongly brewed cup is recommended as it more clearly reveals the special character of First Colony coffees. For best results, remove coffee from heat and transfer it to a thermal carafe to be enjoyed at your leisure. never boil, reheat or leave on any heating surface for more than 30 minutes.
For best results, store coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
