flax oil provides better benefits over omega's. Very disappointed with this purchase. Oil was past recommended use date and had a disgusting coagulation at the tip of the bottle and cap when I opened it. Had to throw it away. April 1, 2013

Excellent Product. I've been consuming Flax Oil for years and have tried numerous brands. It has been difficult finding a company that uses glass bottles and produces a product that is consistently fresh and good tasting. To date, I've used many bottles of Flax Oil from this company and am always pleased with the flavour of the oil.........never bitter or rancid. Best Tasting Flax Oil I've tried all the flax oil brands, and since Flora packages in glass, you will notice the difference in flavor too. Plastic definitely mars the nutty flavor of flax oil and most other products. Be sure to insert a chopstick to stir up the ground flax seeds on the bottom of the bottle, then shake well before using.
