Subtle (bland) flavor Toasted sesame oil usually has a strong aroma & flavor, so that just a little bit is used to season food. This oil was very fresh but more akin to a cooking oil. It has a very subtle flavor & aroma. And while all-glass is nice, a plastic pouring cap would have made it easier to use. I would not buy it again. May 21, 2011
