Its sweet
This s a staple in our house. Coffee is a necessity and without this we'd go under. Makes my morning work! Two tsp. a little stir and a few sips later my brain is awake and engaged. I'm picky about what goes in my coffee and this sugar is organic and tastes good.

Excellent organic sugar
This is a wonderful sugar and a very Eco-conscious company. I added a small amount to unsweetened soy yogurt and while eating the crystals slowly melted in my mouth. It also made a wonderful cake and muffins. Will purchase again.
