Healthy but...
Knowing how good sprouted grains are for a healthy diet I eat this cereal each morning but I mix it with another whole grain cereal since the Ezekiel cereals are not super tasty. One problem that I find, which I'm willing to live with, is occaisionally I bite into something very hard, almost like a tiny piece of a nut shell. Never been able to figure out what it is but it's happened with every box I've ever bought.
If Ezekiel brand could figure out what that annoying little hard thing is and take care of it, I would give the product 5 stars.

High fiber, lower carbs than other cereals, tasty, healthy and much better price than at our Health Food store.

The Best Sprouted Cereal
Made from organic ingredients and sprouted- it is miles above most other organic cereals. The only thing I do not like is that I wish it did not contain soy. It does have an amazing taste- similar to granola.

Great healthy cereal
Just like grape nuts but better! I eat this post workouts or for quick breakfast w vanilla coconut milk. Happy vitacost carries!

Yummy!
If you eat for entertainment this is probably not going to do the trick for you. But if you eat for nutrition it is the cat's meow and the dog's bow wow. I eat it with rice milk and love the taste.
