FoodScience of Vermont Aangamik® DMG -- 125 mg - 90 Tablets
not so good
This product comes in a foil, and often the foil was empty or the product had turned to a liquid. It also didn't seem to have any profound effect on me after taking it for a period of time.

Good for Fatigue
I have been following a low-carb diet for several years, and within the last year have added in daily exercise, and, as a result, I have felt more fatigue. In Dr. Atkins' "Vita-Nutrient Solutions" book he wrote that he would recommend DMG for basic "vague" fatigue issues. Since he would prescribe the sublingual version (like this product), he noted that a person would know within a few minutes if DMG works for them and their fatigue or not. I have found that DMG does give me a mild pick-up that seems to last for awhile (I have not had any "jitters" from this product unlike guarana). I normally take three 125mg sublingual tablets a day, and feel that it has helped my fatigue enough to keep taking it.
