Every pill tightly bound in aluminum.
I took this, using up the whole box, and saw no benefits whatsoever. I'm sure some people must for they keep selling it. One day it occured to me - duh - each pill is tightly wrapped in aluminum. No way that aluminum is not going to get into the pill to some extent.
