this product ships with a new label, as shown on manufacturer's website, and does indeed contain an ingredient derived from soy - (phosphadityl choline (soy)".
Good product overall, but caution, it's not Soy Free. Labels online need to be updated on several products - so you may want to check with manufacturer if concerned.
