I have been using force factor for about 2 months now and I have noticed a small increase in my endurance and seem to be able to lift a little more weight but nowhere near as much as force factor claims. I know most of these claims by manufacturers are bogus but for as much as force factor costs I was expecting better results. I will not buy anymore. December 9, 2012

Workout Days: Take two (2) - four (4) capsules 30 minutes before lunch and two (2) - four (4) capsules 30 minutes before working out.

Non-Workout Days: Take two (2) - four (4) capsules 30 minutes before breakfast and two (2) - four (4) capsules 30 minutes before lunch.

Do not exceed 8 capsules per day.
