Frontera Marinade 3 Citrus Garlic Description
All over Mexico, cooks season chicken with citrus and garlic before grilling it over hardwood. The moist, golden meat gets diced and tucked inside warm tortillas for amazing tacos.
Rick's Recipe Serves 4
Three Citrus Chicken Tacos
1 pouch Frontera Three Citrus Garlic Marinade
1 to 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
Mix ½ of the Marinade with chicken in glass bowl or food-safe plastic bag. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for best flavor. Save remaining Marinade for grilling.
Prepare charcoal grill or preheat gas grill or grill pan to medium-hot.
Grill chicken, turning once, until nearly done, about 10 minutes. Brush chicken liberally with reserved Marinade. Cook through, 5 to 10 minutes more.
Chop chicken. Serve with warm tortillas, chopped onion, cilantro and salsa for soft tacos.
