Not as Lemony as I'd like...
I am allergic to alcohol so I use flavors over extracts for baking. I love Frontier's Vanilla so I thought I would like this one. It was very oily and nearly flavorless. To give my baked goods a lemony flavor I had to use quite a bit of product. I am so disappointed. I wish I had a better review. Also, it seemed to me that I could achieve the same lemony results simply using lemon oil. Like lemon oil, this flavoring had a sharp bitter taste. I was hoping for a sweet and sour lemony taste.

Great product!
I bought this product for my sister, who just loves it! She uses it to add flavor to cakes when baking.

Good, but no dropper
The lemon extract was recommended to me. I realized it doesn't have a dropper. This makes it difficult to use.
