I add 1/2 teaspoon to my morning breakfast shake. I have read that it is excellent source of iron, copper, calcium, manganese, zinc, and potassium. good for red blood cells , anti-oxidant

Smiling with warmth
I use quite a bit of Cardamom. I love it in my teas and coffee. Many other brands can be quite old and stale, but I was smiling from the freshness and warm flavor of this Cardamom. Truly am enjoying it!
