Excellent cinnnamon!
I bought this because it's supposed to be the higher quality cinnamon. It does have great flavor - I really like it. I bought the 1 lb bag since that made so much more sense economically - I use a lot of it!

this product has an unbelievable smell and flavor
I use cinnamon all the time in my smoothies and cereal and this product is certainly much different than the over the counter kind...much more flavorful and really tasty....just love it....

Has good health benefits.
The Ceylon cinnamon has good health benefits compaired to the other types of cinnamin.
This Ceylon cinnamin has a more delicate taste and is very nice in a tea. I have been mixing it with honey .
