Rich flavor, generous portion
Frontier Organic Thyme is great quality. The flavor is strong and the price is great - much better than what is available at the grocery store.

Good flavor; texture less so.
I often use thyme, including on fish, and have actually mistaken some of the harder/stiffer leaves(or stalk pieces?) in this product for fish bones - that's how unyielding, "poke-y," and unpleasant it can be in the mouth. Granted not every bite is that way, but I've used dried thyme frequently for years and have never experienced the overall coarser texture in this product. So, while the price is very good, I wouldn't choose to buy it again. Or, if you can put up with it for everyday cooking, I wouldn't use it for guests.

Smell the Taste of It!
Hey! Just smell it and you know how good it tastes in the food! Realize that spices are highly concentrated herbs, so when they are organic, only herbal nutrition, sunshine, wind and rain are blessing your food. No concentrated added chemicals. Frontier is one of the best!
