Works for my crew! I have used Frontline over the years off and on for my Yorkies. I think as far as flea products go, a lot depends on the dog's own "makeup". Advantage doesn't work at all and makes my dogs sick. Frontline works great, it's just costly. There is a new knock off brand (can't remember the name) that has the same ingredient for cheaper, but it didn't seem to work as effectively, at least not immediately, and seemed to make one of my dogs not feel very well. So, I'm back to Frontline. Actually, I think I like the original better than the Frontline Plus, but it is hard to find that anymore. Hope that helps! November 27, 2012

Very Disappointing Results last time I used it on my 3 small dogs it did absolutely nothing. Didn't work right away nor did it help long term apparently. Last resort I bathed them and saw at least 50 fleas each Their much touted satisfaction guarantee is worthless because you have to use it for 3 months first. September 10, 2012

Frontline Plus for Dogs Up to 22 lbs Directions

To kill fleas, all stages of brown dog ticks, american dog ticks, lone star ticks and deer ticks (which may carry Lyme disease) and chewing lice, apply to dogs or puppies (8weeks or older) as follows:

Remove applicator from child-resistant package.
Hold applicator upright and snap applicator tip away from face and body.
Place applicator tip through animal's hair to the skin level between the shoulder blades.
Squeeze applicator, applying entire contents in a single spot to the animal's skin. Avoid superficial application to the animal's hair. Only one applicator per treatment is needed.

Inert Ingredients: 81.4%
