Great Maple taste
This has such a great maple taste i use it in place of real maple syrup.It's much better than plain old pancake syrup for sure.

Good in a pinch
I ran out of maple sugar, and subbed this Maple Agave in its stead. My muffins were light and fluffy, but the maple flavor wasn't as strong. Still good, but better in its natural form.
