Works if you give it time This stuff WORKS!! My skin has been improving gradually for the year I've been taking this. I almost never get a blemish--maybe one every other month. Give it at least 3-4 months to really see an improvement! March 9, 2010

May work for some, didn't work so well for me Since I don't want to take medication and am still dealing with sporadic adult acne, I was hopeful this product would make a difference. Unfortunately, I didn't really see a difference. Follow the directions... EAT IT WITH FOOD or just after you ate. It does have a tendency to make you slightly nauseous if you take it on an empty stomach. I since have moved on to Chinese herbs which are working much better for me. This product may work wonders for some people but for some reason, it just didn't do much for me. May 7, 2009

Amazing I got this as a free sample when I purchased my first bottle of Futurebiotics Hair, Skin & Nails. Now I take it every day. My skin had occasional adult breakouts - which this product totally eliminated. I live in the mountains - lots of sunshine & low humidity. These 2 products are my daily musts. October 29, 2008

Did not work. Quality and value were good enough but the product did not work--at all!!! Sad to say-I had high hopes but no improvement what so ever. October 19, 2008
