Gives what it says Began taking this product with 2 tablets, not 4 daily to see what would happen. Not much did. Changed to 1 in morning and 2 in afternoon and felt more vigor, stamina. I now will do the recommended 4 daily divided into two, once in a.m. and once in early afternoon. I'm impressed with the ingredients, dosages and price. I've looked at other products with similar ingredients that are 3 or 4 times as expensive. I'm ordering my second bottle now. May 7, 2007
