great product After suffering through a bout of stomach bacteria issues for several months, I read about using enzymes for digestion. I ordered these because they had the enzymes listed in the medical article I read. If I take them in the middle of a meal, they help my stomach and digestion a great deal-- better than anything else holistic that I have tried. You need to take them in the middle of a meal for them to work best, and then take a probiotic after the meal. May 9, 2013

Lactospore® is a naturally microencapsulated sporiferous preparation of Lactobacillus sporogenes that is proven to deliver viable lactobacilli (friendly bacteria organisms) to the intestine. Lactospore® is room-temperature stable and highly resistant to the action of heat, gastric acids and bile.
