Extra Nighttime Herbs not so Tasty I got a little spoiled with the straight Elderberry syrup, which is DELICIOUS. This version has extra herbs which definitely add some bitterness. It's still quite tasty, but nothing like the regular formula. I've heard it shortens illnesses, and boosts the immune system. I just feel like I'm doing something special for myself when I take it. Excellent, effective, delicious! my family and I have been using this product for the last couple of years and it has proven wonderfully effective at boosting our immune systems and knocking our colds fast (overnight in most cases, when taken as soon as symptoms start). I just love it, and it tastes delicious. HIghly recommended. I haven't tried other formulations so I can't compare it to others out there, but this one works for us. January 25, 2013

A bit pricey, but effective My kids 2 and 4yrs take this before bed nightly. Along with their vitamins and eating as good as toddlers can eat, they haven't been even the slightest bit sick all year.
