Gaia Herbs GaiaKids™ Warming Chest Rub Directions
Apply 1/4 teaspoon topically to the chest and back 2-3 times a day and before bed. Use as and herbal inhalant by adding 1/4 teaspoon to a bowl of boiling water and inhaling the steam. Avoid inhalation under 6 months of age unless under practitioner advice. For topical use under 6 months of age, mix 1/8 teaspoon of rub with 1/8 teaspoon of oil (e.g. olive or coconut) before applying. Avoid applying under the nose or on highly sensitive skin.
Please Note: Crystals of Shea Butter naturally form in our product. This will not alter nor compromise our product's effectiveness. For best results, please store at room temperature.
