This product really works! I've tried a number of other sleep aids, both natural and synthetic, but Gaia Valerian Root seems to be the best in providing a restful sleep. I like it so much I continue to purchase it (on my 3rd bottle). I take one tablet before bedtime rather than two and that does the trick. Also, I don't feel groggy in the morning. November 22, 2012
