Adults and Children 5 years and over: Take one tablet daily. Must be taken daily to maintain results. Gas may return if product is discontinued. Some individuals may require 2 tablets daily. Take at any time, with or without food. If pregnant or nursing or taking prescription drugs, consult your health care practitioner prior to use. Parental supervision is required for use by children. Use of certain antibiotics reduces effectiveness. After use of antibiotics is completed, effectiveness returns.
