Miracle "cure".
I've lactose intolerant for close to 10 years now. I used to buy Lactaid, and I was content to continue buying that for the rest of my life. Then, all of a sudden, Lactaid vanished from the store shelves here in Northern Colorado. I had once tried a one-a-day product before, but it caused severe cramping and other unpleasantness. Desparate, however, I thought I'd give it another try. Digestive Aid for Lactose, has not disappointed me. I am still amazed that I can eat dairy like a normal person. I've not yet "pushed it to the limit" and tried a whole bowl of ice cream yet, but pizza, chocolate, Mexican food, meals with cream sauce, and bites of ice cream have all gone down without a problem. No longer do I have to worry about taking Lactaid packs wherever I go and no more embarrassment when I'm stealthfully trying to open and pop Lactaid pills at corporate sponsored events while also trying to hide the evidence. I've only been taking the product for a week so I can't comment long-term effects, but so far no cramping, no side-effects, and no unpleasantry.

A stomach ache Saver!
I have given these to my 8 year old since he was 6, because I never know when a birthday treat will come to his classroom or exactly how much lactose he'll get in a school lunch. He takes this daily & no more worries, about a stomach ache caused by dairy products.

Has great features
It's is good to take a pill in the morning and that's it for the day. Otherwise I had to remember to take before I would eat a milk product.

This product really shines when you are in a situation and you are not able to take a lactose intol. supplement immediately. They work for me if I consume two capsules a day instead of one.
