Good stuff...... regular user! Garden Greens is a good brand, and this product is great one of theirs. Very few of the products I've used in the "antioxidant" area have made such a 'lasting impression' on my body...... I can actually tell when I haven't had this drink in a few days. Not sure what the combination of ingredients might have to do with it, but it's paletable and I feel better when I drink it regularly. It must fly out of the health food stores, because many times I have had to search for it online because of empty spaces on the shelves in the stores. It's a 'staple' in my 'healthy cabinet'. Polygonum cuspidatum is Japanese knotweed I wanted to buy a liquid form of resveratrol made from grapes, and was excited to find this Garden Greens Resveratrox. I had my first spoonful today and was disappointed - the taste is strange. Upon reading the label more, I found it also has Polygonum cuspidatum, which is Japanese knotweed, and is why it has strange taste. I just wish Vitacost can give a more clear label on where the resveratrol come from. Garden Greens should also label the sources as from both grapes and Japanese knotweed. January 1, 2013
