Blueberry and bayberry I had tried to lose weight in the past and, not eating was my way out until recently the weight came back on and I decided to get help with fat burners. The fat burners took off the extra pounds, and I was so impressed, except every review mentioned racing hearts, so much that even I had to say I began to call them my speed pills. Then I bought Garden of Life 360. The first pill I notice the ashswanga, I felt sooo relaxed. It was like having someone massage my nervous system. It works and I feel great! This definately does what it says. If I take it 20 minutes to a half hour before eating, I feel satisfied faster, and do not lose the enjoyment of the meal. When I am careful enough to take it before each of my three main meals, I find that I don't have 'nervous' eating binges between meals, I don't have a desire for that midday candy bar, and I feel calmer. LOVE this product. And yes, I lose about a pound every few days... on average I lose a healthy two pounds a week. So far so good Based on preliminary findings, I would recommend this product. I've been using Diet 360 intermittently for about a month. I take it (when I remember) before meals and on occasion when I feel hungry. I've been hungry and taken it and then went on to do other things.
