Inedible!
I have to agree wholeheartedly with MasayaCenter's previous review of these bars. I really love Garden of Life as a company and most of their products are exceptional. I have tried many protein and meal replacement bars and usually love the peanut butter flavored bars the best. However, these bars taste NOTHING like peanut butter and have no crunch whatsoever. They are like a dried up Tootsie roll and the flavor is horrible. I couldn't even eat half a bar. I wanted to love these, but they were really awful.

I'm a bit confused, as i ordered and have consumed the Fiico Protein High Protein Thermogenic Bar- Peanut Butter Crunch! And i don't know if that is ''this'' exact bar, but i don't see another one. It is very good, great ingredients. I eat 1/2 at a time between meals unless i'm eating it for ''lunch''. I think it's really working on the appetite & weight. I know it's expensive, but if it works, then it's definately worth it. Seems to help the blood sugar level they way i eat them. Trust GOL to have good products. I also use GOL Primal Defense- probiotic formula. Best one i've found. Helps keep me ''regular'' in the go station.

It works
I llike having this bar because it provides protein, motablization enhancement and just really good ingredients. There's not junk in it.

satisfying
These taste really good to me. I will add, though, that I do not eat sugar, so if you are expecting it to taste like a regular candy bar, it probably won't. I think it also helps me to burn calories because it seems to be assisting me with my diet program. I follow Jordan Rubin's "Maker's Diet".
