The best Multi! I have been on a mission to find the best multi-vitamin. I think this vitamin made me feel better after about a week. I trust this company and love this multi. To offset the expense I am taking 3 of these and 1 Nature's Secret Women's 73 nutrient soft-gel multis. It makes it more affordable. They are both great multi-vitamins. Highly Recommend. This product is great I take this and other Garden of life products and they are great! This product helps you to be less hungry along with many other great things about it because it is actual food into a vitamin. Other vitamins will make you feel like throwing up if you don't eat somthing with or before taking them. You can take this product anytime and have no side effects. Best Vitamins Ever No tummy upset. No aftertaste. Very fresh - I keep tightly sealed in the fridge. I take 2 tablets a day - less than the suggested 6 tablets. I'm a vegetarian, so I want to make sure I supplement my diet. So glad to have found these vitamins! I'm on my second bottle. Expensive, but they work, so it is worth it. February 7, 2010
