excellent and messy This is probably the best omega's 3 I have ever taken. Definitely worth it! However,there was always orange oil running down the side of the bottle. I put the little cup on the top, but the bottle also leaked out from under the screw cap. Had to keep on absorbent towel in the frig. Worth the hassle! December 4, 2011

A great fish oil This is the only fish oil I will take. I have tried the pills and other liquids, but this by far the best tasting. I also like all the Garden of Life products and feel they are high quality. I take it in the morning with food. I would highly recommend it. The only downside is the price, but I still reorder because its that good of a product. September 29, 2011
