Great product for overall health! I have used this product for a few years now, and I am extemely happy with it. I find that it has been a great suppliment for nutritional needs, and helps me balance my vegan diet. I don't get any weird side effects from this suppliment like I do from others. I also like that it is fermented, and has probiotics in it. September 21, 2008

Good 'intro' . . . Good way to try the product if you're wary about drinking the green powder. More costly though, as a 'serving' is considered 5 caplets. But once you are sold on the health benefits it's easier to graduate onto the powder. November 12, 2007
