Sufficient amount Use this in smoothies for my morning rush. There is hardly any flavor and it works well with the veggies and fruits I like to start my day off with. Prefer to cook my breakfast but on the rare days thats impossible this reassures the protein intake for me. April 16, 2013

protein without the harmful extras When digestive issues restricted my diet, I began to experience symptoms of male-nourishment and constant hunger. This raw protein is just what I needed...no gluten, no dairy, etc. The vanilla flavor is great for tricking my mind to think I'm having something sweet It still has a bit of a chalky taste but worth the nutritional benefits.
