The Best probiotic! I am so glad I got these! It was recommended from a sales person at another vitamin store and since then, hooked. Easy to swallow & on the stomach. I must admit it helps me when I'll be eating veggies...it works. Love the fact these have extra vitamins in them. The better ones are always refrigerated and wouldn't get anything else. Shelf probiotics don't work as well, found out early on. They are a bit pricey, but they work! It's worth it! April 23, 2013
