"I have used this when making raw crackers in my dehydrator. I mix it with mashed bananas and juice then dehydrate on teflex sheets. They make a great breakfast with some raw almond butter and sliced strawberries on top."

"My family uses this as an alternative to vitamins. If it cost less, we would use more of it than once a day. It can feel like a quick meal when use in raw dairy when we're pressed for time. It is a very helpful pick-me-up when our blood sugar is low. Whole foods are the best thing to eat, but this with its combination of ingredients is a healthy second."
