Unfortunately, it didnt work for me
I have been searching for the right multi vitamin supplement for years and came across Vitamin Code RAW 50 and Wiser Woman formula. I like the idea of organically clean supplements and was looking forward to taking them. About one hour after my first dose, I got horrible gas that had the fragrance of rotting cabbages. Im not normally as gassy person. A few days later I tried this supplement, and again just like clockwork about an hour later there was the gas. I spoke to my doctor who was familiar with this product, about it . She concluded that it may have been too acidic for my stomach. Sometimes raw food is not the best for older people, because it takes more digestive energy to break the material down. As we age it can be a good thing to conserve our energy. Im sorry that Vitamin Code did not work for me, as it looks like a real good company.

I recently joined a gym and these were recommended by my personal trainer. She said they are the best on the market. She has taken them for several years and says they made a huge difference in the way she feels.

Excellent product!
I've been taking these food-based vitamins for about 1 year, and have really noticed a difference in my hair, skin, nails and energy level. They are a great mix of nutrients - vitamins, minerals, probiotics, essential nutrients like CoQ10 and others. Since I don't have any serious health issues, they are perfect for me!

Excellent Formula
The best balanced formula on the market for women over 50-and food based makes this an excellent vitamin. I take Raw B Complex and do not feel fatigued during the daytime.
