Yuck! Received a sample of this. Absolutely disgusting and about the worst whey powder I have ever had. It did not mix well with milk in a blender bottle. Left lots of clumps. It also had an unpleasant flavor and after taste. I'm glad I had gotten a sample & not wasted my money on a big jar as I couldn't stand to finish the drink I had mixed. It also felt real heavy on the gut if you know what I mean; some of the protein drinks are just harder to digest than others and this was one of them. I was really surprised because the ingredients looked good. Optimum Nutrition chocolate shake flavor is the best protein powder I have found. October 31, 2012

great taste I've tried a lot of protein supplements and this has got to be one of the best tasting yet. I mix mine with 8 fl oz of soy milk in a shaker cup. no problem mixing after 30 seconds. let it sit for another minute and it thickens up to a nice consistency. makes you feel like you are cheating on your diet. Suggested Use:

Consuming approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight through a combination of high protein foods and protein supplements. Use 2-4 servings (39 g per serving) per day as part of a well-balanced diet that includes whole foods and other protein sources. For the best results, consume your daily protein needs over several small meals spread throughout the day.

MyoFusion Probiotic Series Blending Tip

When mixing you favorite protein powder beverage, feel free to add peanut butter, macadamia nut oil, coconut oil, almond butter, fresh or frozen fruits (bananas, blueberries, etc), or other ingredients of your choice.

Liquid Per Scoop Add 1 scoop per 6-8 fl oz or 2 scoops per 12-16 fl oz with eater, nonfat milk or your favorite beverage.

Shake Add one to two scoops of MyoFusion to your shaker cup. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

Stir Add one to two scoops of MyoFusion to a large glass. Then mix it up with a spoon. Stir for 20 seconds or until the powder is completely dissolved.

Blend Add one to two 2 scoops of MyoFusion to a blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds. Then add 1 or 2 ice cubes and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
