Its okay....but not THE BEST!
Mixing this powder with just water or skim milk leaves a very UNdesirable after-taste. However, I generally mix in a banana, cup of frozen strawberries and a tsp of vanilla (just to give extra kick of vanilla) - then it is palatable!! And does not leave the unpleasant after-taste! In fact, its pretty yummy and I get my needed morning protein - or whatever time of day I make the smoothie. Makes for a great afternoon snack too!
