Sooo soooo good! The "Delicious" that Giant Sports uses in the name for this protein is the truth! I have been working out since 2003 and I have tried maaaaany protein powders since than. It took me less than 3 shakes to fall in love with it and buy a new bottle. The taste is absolutely DELICIOUS AND AMAZING! No clumps and it never leaves residue. It is easily best vanilla protein in the market and my favorite. I have gone through 6 or 7 bottles since October of last year and I still have half a bottle and a sealed one still. Unless I try samples of other vanilla proteins to try first I will never spend money on a tub of vanilla protein if its not Giant Sports! Listen I don't know what the other reviewer had in his head when he gave this 4 out of 5 stars because its creamy... yes it is creamy, even with water! But I've never ever in my life heard someone complain that it was creamy! I understand people complain that some protein doesn't mix well, leaves residues or its watery but NEVER because its creamy! Its creamy, not full of foam! Do not let that other review bother you or change your mind about this, idk what that person's problem is but this protein is a perfect 10 in EVERY WAY! April 3, 2013

• Right After Exercise - Consume as a protein supplement immediately following exercise to support lean muscle and promote recovery from exercise.

• Any Time of the Day - Use as a convenient and delicious way to supplement your protein needs in the morning, afternoon or in the evening. The protein and fiber in this product help satisfy hunger and support feelings of fullness.

In a shaker, blender or glass add one level scoop (36 g) to 6-8 oz of cold water, fat free milk or your favorite beverage according to desired taste. Shake, blend or stir until well mixed and dispersed. Consume immediately. May be blended with half a cup of ice cubes and half a cup of your favorite beverage for a cold, delicious treat.
